Aaron has a celebrated career managing homeland security programs involving mass transit, aviation, healthcare, school safety, and emergency response in Israel, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States. He has a PhD in public policy with a focus on homeland security manage- ment and leadership.
After serving military tours in Israel, Aaron was recruited to the Israeli National Police’s Central Command and worked in counter-narcotics and counterterrorism initiatives. He has managed NATO-sponsored counterterrorism projects and served with the US Department of Homeland Security re- garding mass-casualty incidents and weapons of mass de- struction, as the Director of the Center for Special Opera- tions Training for Philadelphia’s weapons of mass destruc- tion preparedness program, and the US State Department to develop and facilitated terrorism-response exercises in Africa and Southeast Asia.
