Ety Richman

Having worked extensively in emergency management and logistics, diplomacy, and the Israel Defense Forces intelligence corps, Ety now serves as CEO of TAM-C. She previously served under the Israeli deputy consul in Philadelphia and held a range of roles in support of the consulate’s activities in the eastern United States. While serving on the leadership team at the Israel Emergency Medical Services national headquarters, she oversaw a nationwide first responder training and drill program.

In her previous roles, Ety collaborated with teams providing NATO and the EU with program management and research and development services. She has organized and delivered professional training programs in homeland security, national security studies, emergency management, disaster medicine, and intelligence in Israel, the United States, certain regions of Africa, and the UAE. Ety has degrees from David Yellin College and Philadelphia University, and she is currently completing her PhD in Business Administration and Information Systems Management at Walden University.
